Case Manager

Coulee Connections is in search of a full-time Case Manager to join our Alternative Education Program.  If you’re a professional in the human service or education field with an internal fire to drive a proven change process with kids, parents, and community professional teams, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to make that dream a reality!  The system of care which frames our practice is innovative and has proven to be highly effective in scaffolding life altering change in students, their caregivers, families and the 23 public school systems we partner with in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

We are seeking applicants who see case management as an opportunity to facilitate change in self and others.
